Description

As senior Accounts Payable Clerk you will be responsible for:

• Manage and oversee the entire accounts payable function.
• Ensure accurate processing of invoices and payment run.
• Reconcile supplier statements and liaise with suppliers.
• Prepare and present AP reports to the management.
• Work closely with the procurement team to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with company's financial policies and regulations.
• Provide training and support to the AP team members.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing process.

Profile

A successful Senior AP Specialist should have:

• Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
