We are hiring a Senior Artworker to join an incredibly talented Creative Team of graphic designers. By bringing the artwork process in-house, the Senior Artworker will ensure all artwork outputs are of the highest quality, align brand identity, and ensure consistency in storytelling across print and digital media. You will be given the opportunity to build an artwork team of two, leading your team and providing them guidance, feedback and support to ensure the highest standards of artwork production are delivered.
You will lead the creation of marketing assets, animations and live videos, still photography.
You and your team will be producing art work across multiple mediums, including clothing, packaging, sales assets, POS, product imagery, and marketing assets.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to translate creative concepts into print-ready artwork.
- Oversee the creation of packaging designs focusing on brand identity, finishes & physical structure to enhance customer experience.
- Develop captivating fashion designs that elevate brand image on the stage, reflecting current trends.
- Direct the production of printed graphics.
- Maintain high standards of product imagery.
Skills you need:
- Proven experience in artwork production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail following brand guidelines - there is no room for error!
- Knowledge of print processes and Production techniques.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects - agency experience would be beneficial.
