Senior Asset Manager - Rooftop Solar Projects

Introduction
Astute are working with a global power & investment company and are supporting their Solar division, based in Amsterdam. We are looking for an experienced Asset Manager, ideally with Rooftop Solar experience to oversee the development, operations & maintenance of it's solar PV portfolio across Holland.
This role will be primarily based out of their office in Amsterdam and would require infrequent travel to sites.

Roles & Responsibilities
As the Senior Asset Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Rooftop PV portfolio contract management
• Asset optimisation & performance
• Monitoring contractor performance against agreed service level agreements
• Review and deliver O&M strategies focusing on reducing downtime
• Engage with key stakeholders relating to performance, commercial and construction issues
• Support the O&M team with fault identification and rectification
• Oversee EPC projects & support the business with commercial bids / tenders
• Budget management

Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

• Ideally degree qualified with an Engineering degree or equivalent working experience
• Experience with asset management / operations / maintenance of Solar PV
• At least 5 - 8 years of experience in similar Solar PV projects
• Experience in managing budgets, overseeing strategies and stakeholder engagement
• Valid Dutch licence
• Fluent Dutch speaker
