Personal Banking department oversees debit and credit card operations, and provides back office support to the Bank's branches. As a Senior Assistant Card Centre, you will be responsible for delivering the debit and credit cards administrative functions, while also providing support to the branches and handling customer queries. This is a 12 month fixed term contract position.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Team to develop and implement business strategies
- Responsible for daily settlement process and credit control, account maintenances and card productions
- Prepare regular reports/documentations for Management
- Handle customer enquiries to ensure timely and accurate response and investigation related to payments, processed transactions, reversals and refunds
- Assist with planning and implementing promotion activities and marketing events
- Liaise with Head Office and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations
- Conduct market research and analysis regularly to monitor market trends
Requirements
- Degree educated preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Marketing
- Experience within the Financial Services industry would be advantageous
- Customer service experience

- Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills
