Your primary mission is to elevate our users' cycling experience by delivering exceptional maintenance and repair services for top-tier road bikes. In addition to your technical expertise, you will actively engage with our specialist cycling customers, offering personalized advice and facilitating bike sales to enthusiasts who are passionate about the world of cycling.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure a superior customer service experience for expert users, offering personalized assistance and expert guidance on road bike maintenance.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of a specialized boutique catering to experienced cycling enthusiasts.
- Perform mechanical and electrical repairs for high-quality road bikes within the Decathlon Store.
- Oversee stock management and control, maintaining optimal levels of road bike parts and accessories to meet customer demands.
- Contribute to business performance analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency of the road bike department.
- Actively participate in recycling initiatives and repair defective bikes within the store to reduce our negative impact on the environment.

Additional information:
As a professional Bike Mechanic, you will be required to work the usual retail hours, including evenings and weekends. Location: Surrey Quays
