Job Description
- Develop strategic marketing plans
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to implement marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
- Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications.
- Lead and participate in the development and implementation of new project initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful SBM should have:
- A degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Exceptional strategic planning and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and online applications.
