Senior Business Analyst - London Markets/Delegated Experience

We are currently hiring for a Senior Business Analyst with London Market / Delegated Authority and Bordereaux Management experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 12-month contract.

Inside IR35

Hybrid- 2/3 days a week on-site in London

Responsibilities:

• Must have London Markets/ Delegated experience.
• Strong experience in Delegated business, on-boarding and bordereaux management
• Experience challenging existing methods and procedures and explore alternative solutions to complex problems.
• Experience designing and shaping operating models, developing the associated organisational capabilities to deliver value
• Experience actively identify potential risks and issues with those initiatives and manage their resolution.
• Experience identifying trends and process variations as part of establishing an optimisation monitoring system.
• Experience eliciting requirements and drive process change using staff interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis and workflow analysis.
• Experience working in large global transformation projects.
• Target operating Model (TOM) experience .
• Experience working with a wide range of business issues and opportunities across Operational Improvement, M&A Integration/Divestiture, Architectural & Organisational Design, Insights & Analytics and Research & Development.
• Operational excellence experience.
