“Find your role”
Reporting into the Operational excellence Manager, the core of this role will involve designing, developing, and enhancing our reporting toolkit. You will also have ownership of key BAU processes / tasks that contribute to the wider service we provide to our stakeholders.
Working in an agile environment, you will be responsible for understanding and translating business requirements. Strong data visualisation skills and a concrete understanding of data processing is critical. In addition to BI development, the scope of this role will include influencing internal stakeholders to define and improve data sources and processes.

-Utilising a variety of data sources (structured / unstructured) and visualisation tools
-Ideally an understanding of data warehousing as well as demonstrated history of working with any of the following: Oracle / SQL / Teradata/ Power BI / Alteryx
-Manage delivery of automated BI and development of ad hoc reporting, analysis and Insights
-Agile in approach, flexible and resilient to work across a number of simultaneous projects.
-Convert and share complex information and insights in a simple and concise way.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and share opportunities from data.
-Have an interest in data/visualisation solutions to bring the data and customer to life.
-Collaborative working & managing stakeholder relationships.
-Ideally a customer and advocate of Asda with a passion to delivery word class customer service
-Basic understanding of our Asda customer and service management fundamentals.
