Salary Range: £77,839 - £87,360 per annum (Applications for relocation allowance up to £10,000 may be considered, subject to conditions)

The Senior Business Manager will join the senior leadership team of Hampshire County Council’s (HCC) award-winning Property service which is one of the largest in-house property functions in local government. They will lead its core business functions, shape business strategy delivery and manage the commercial risks & opportunities across its programmes of work.
This new role is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a diverse team of around 120 professionals who provide technical expertise in support of project and operational delivery across multiple budgets totalling in excess of £130million per year.
HCC’s Property service is a multi-disciplinary design, facilities and estate management team who hold considerable expertise in the stewardship of the public estate, delivering work that supports more than 1000 sites and the 1.4 million residents across Hampshire.
