An exciting opportunity to join a role central to the Core Business Systems Team at Card Factory, focusing on SAP ERP systems. The team's responsibility includes aligning the design, configuration, and maintenance of these systems with current and future business requirements. The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will handle the Supply Chain aspects of the ERP, collaborating with System Integrators and support partners. They will seek to improve Supply Chain processes through automation and optimization, working with the broader business to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Additionally, the BSA will engage with stakeholders to drive Supply Chain innovation and operational excellence. They are also tasked with writing specifications for engineers and providing advanced support, including the production of root cause analyses for any issues.
