Key Responsibilities:
- Research, write & produce a minimum of 7-8 high-quality business conferences annually.
- Develop a deep understanding of specific industries through research and collaboration.
- Curate content within 30 days, meeting production schedules and adhering to outlined specifications.
- Invite and confirm a minimum of 80 potential speakers per event.
- Ensure data accuracy in the internal database, maximising event profitability.
- Collaborate with Telesales, Marketing, and Sponsorship teams to drive success.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Build strong 2-day agendas reflective of industry-specific needs.
- Act as the Project Manager for each event, ensuring smooth running from preparation to on-site execution.
- Efficient time management, handling multiple conference responsibilities.
- Quick assimilation of information, coupled with tenacity and enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication skills with senior officials and industry-specific individuals.
- Commercial outlook and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
