Job Profile:
We are seeking dynamic professionals interested in providing expert Time and Delay related Advisory Services and Dispute Resolution Services. Reporting to the Managing Director, the ideal candidate will have a construction-related degree and substantial experience in:
Providing professional assistance with Time-related issues, including advice on delay.
Reviewing and advising on Construction Programmes.
Assisting clients in avoiding disputes by providing commercially focused advice.
Representing clients in various Tribunals.
Collaborating with solicitors on time-related construction disputes.
Managing and resolving time-related disputes to a high professional standard.
Person Profile:
The successful candidate will possess:
A construction-related degree with a minimum of ten years' industry experience.
Experience in providing time and Delay advice or working in senior Planning and programming roles.
Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC Forms of Contract.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office software and project management tools such as PowerProject and/or P6.
A full UK Driving Licence.
