We are looking for a capable and experienced Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our ambitious and supportive team, to help us raise our game further and deliver even more for young people. You will be joining the team at a critical time as we develop creative ways to solve the challenges faced by young people today. We have a bold Corporate Partnerships income target to raise this financial year and this role plays an important part in helping us deliver our organisational promise.

We work with a huge variety of organisations including Accenture, Capgemini, Google, Oracle, Dell, Sony PlayStation and AWS – and our partnerships continue to evolve and deliver a wide range of value measures to each business, The Prince’s Trust and the young people we support.

You will manage and grow large-scale partnerships across our technology, media and telecoms partners with a view to raising funds and creating additional value for young people. You may also manage some partners in the financial services sector. Key examples include connecting businesses and young people to create a pipeline of new talent, building commercial and brand awareness campaigns, and establishing valuable sponsorship opportunities. You will also support, and line manage up to two line-reports to deliver on fundraising goals, ensuring excellent relationship and account management for corporate partners, maximising income, overall value and partner satisfaction.

To be successful in the role, you will have a proven track record in relationship building and demonstrable partnership management skills. You will be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of partnership stakeholders across various departments, and across a range of levels from graduate interns to executive level. As you will be managing a portfolio with a broad range of partnerships, we are looking for you to have a breadth of experience delivering partnerships including employee engagement, grant funding and bespoke events & initiatives.
