SalaryRuby Group are looking for a Senior Credit Controller to join a company with a 50 million t/o located in Central London. Supporting the Credit Manager in a newly created position because of an increase in business.
Your responsibilities will be, to contact customers daily via telephone letter and email. Ensuring Debtors levels are maintained. Dealing with and resolving queries from external and internal clients. Cash allocations, reconciling accounts. Debtors days reporting, working to weekly and monthly targets, maintain excel spreadsheets. Raising invoices, liaise with the CEO reporting weekly updates.
The Ideal Applicant will have a minimum of three year’s experience gained whilst working in Credit control, you must have excellent written and communication skills, with a proven track record reducing debtor’s days. You must have the ability to prioritise your workload. The role will initially be 5 days in the office, however once you have gained confidence in the role, the position will become hybrid working e.g. 2-3 days in the office.
