Your Purpose
We’re now looking to recruit a Senior Customer Activation Manager to execute a set of flawless and market leading brand activation plans, ensuring we are brilliantly activating the right Brands in the right place delivering a second to none consumer experience via our customers.
Working directly as part of the Sales team, the role requires a degree of flexibility across a range of customers, brands, and campaigns, executing everything in line with the brand guidelines (set by brand team). This is a customer orientated, field-based role which will feed into, inform and be involved in signing off campaigns, as the voice of the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong contact strategy with relevant key customers, to align our activation with the customer’s strategic priorities.
- Managing and forecasting a budget defined by individual role, define evaluation metrics against key initiatives and incorporate the learning’s into improving the effectiveness and financial performance of future activity.
- Use a combination of data sources, insight, feedback and operational knowledge to execute the appropriate set of brand activation solutions for your customer base.
- Ensure that the Customer Activation Executive team are directed, coached and supported in the right way to execute the channel and customer plans brilliantly, ensuring personal growth and development for the whole team.
- Define evaluation metrics against key initiatives (regardless of funding) and incorporate the learning’s into improving the effectiveness, ROI and performance moving forward

- Experience of managing external customer relationships
- Requires developed communication skills necessary for the exchange of complex information with a sensitivity and awareness of the audience to modify beliefs/opinions.
- Analytical thought needed to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations.
- Comprehensive understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the function and contribute to achieving the goals of the business
