Omni-Activation Manager - IT Cosmetics - LUXE

Our portfolio makes up 26 brands of which 17 are global, including the highly dynamic and expert American ones such as Urban Decay, Youth to the People and of course It Cosmetics. You will:

    Lead and drive the omni-channel activation strategy across IT Cosmetics UKI  – working closely with wider teams to drive enriched O+O consumer experiences across all e-retailer, pure player and in -store touchpoints

    Partner with Marketing, Commercial and Retail Teams to identify clear objectives by retailer for each campaign, creating bespoke marketing plans that are impactful and meaningful in terms of engagement, innovation and customer centricity

    Set ambitious KPIs related to all key retailer and trade activity across the calendar year. Track KPIs and optimize consumer journeys as needed

    Ongoing management and analysis of all trade tools inventory, including wrapping, GWPs and samples per retailer

    Along with the team, manage the end-to-end delivery of digital activation across indirect touchpoints - implementing integrated and engaging brand experience via consumer-centric content & services (user experience, best in class PDPs, product geography, relevant content, SEO, tools, sampling, rate & reviews) 

    Manage and implement Coffret business across all key trade periods – working with all business units to ensure accurate product mix, quantity & a timely, impactful launch

    Lead conversations, alongside Commercial/Trade, with retailer teams to strategise and execute all brand campaigns 

    Lead the measurement, tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of all activation initiatives, gather learnings, maximise efficiencies and drive ROI on all investments 

    Line-manage the workload, personal and professional development of the VM team and Omni-activation assistant

    Lead in executing best-in-class omni-channel activations alongside wider team, driving local best practice with Zone/DMI 

    Manage online content creation, working with PR and Marketing to provide/ develop content based on consumer needs & trends

    Lead the delivery of Activation reports showcasing best-in-class retail activation across  retailers and competitors

    Place consumer insights at the heart of your work to improve our omni-channel experience, as well as proposing new initiatives to drive online /offline purchases

    Own PPP management from monthly management to annual planning  

    Additional adhoc administrative to support the wider Brand Activation function


You have:

    Experience in team management

    Clear digital and trade activation skillset making you an expert in this field

    Sound commercial acumen with understanding of business priorities 

    Experience in omni-channel activations

    Highly organised together with the ability to prioritise and adapt within a changing environment

    Creative thinker with a track record in providing solutions to business problems

    Exceptional attention to detail

    Strong analytical ability and proven project management experience

    Strong communication skills, with an articulate manner 

    Great relationship building skills and the ability to network at all levels

    The ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines

    Energetic and enthusiastic with a team spirit

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 

    Commercial sensitivity
