A leading reinsurance group operating in one of the largest and most competitive markets is looking for an experienced Data Manager. The Role:
- Lead the development and implementation of the L&H data strategy.
- Collaborate with teams globally on data-driven business projects.
- Shape the data-driven future across key functions.
- Drive continuous improvement in data quality and governance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a data-related subject.
- Excellent knowledge of the London Insurance market. Reinsurance knowledge is highly advantageous.
- Experience in developing and implementing data strategy.
- Knowledge of IT principles and data governance.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
