Senior Manager, Recruitment Data Scientist

Core Responsibilities
- Utilise statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights from diverse datasets related to candidate sourcing, application processes, employee onboarding, and end-to-end recruitment and employee life cycle.
- Develop predictive models to forecast future talent needs, attrition rates, and identify potential recruitment challenges.
- Collaborate with HR and global recruitment teams to seek out opportunities for process improvement and optimisation through data-driven recommendations.
- Analyse end-to-end recruitment workflows to improve efficiency, improve the quality of process and enhance candidate experience.
- Communicate findings and insights in a clear and compelling manner to blended audiences with mixed degrees of subject matter expertise.
- Work with various data sources, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Design and create interactive dashboards and reports for key collaborators, providing real-time insights into recruitment metrics and performance indicators.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and analytics.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to address evolving challenges in the recruitment landscape.

Do you have what it takes
- Significant experience in applying data science techniques to HR or recruitment analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g. Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Solid knowledge of statistical modelling, machine learning algorithm and advanced analytics
- Expertise in visualisation tools (PowerBI, Visier, Workday, Power Automate, advanced Excel and other SWP tools).
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical team members.
- A phenomenal collaborator with a keen interest in understanding relevant business problems and proven experience in managing complex and demanding stakeholders.
