Responsibilities for the role of Senior Digital Marketing Executive
- Implementing Digital Marketing campaigns - overseeing setup across various platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, etc.). You will be accountable for establishing campaigns, covering targeting, creative aspects, copywriting, and providing recommendations for campaign expenditure.
- Assuming responsibility for numerous Digital Marketing channels, encompassing PPC, paid social, and display.
- Assisting the team in executing the broader Digital Marketing strategy.
- Planning, curating, executing, and reporting on successful email marketing campaigns across diverse brands.
- Contributing to the management and optimisation of our in-house affiliate marketing platform, Partner
- Encourage partnerships with 3rd part stakeholders.
- Monitoring Digital Marketing campaigns, delving into trends to provide insights and enhance overall performance.
- Coordinating reporting and performance analysis of all campaign activities to offer recommendations and optimise ROI.
- Updating, creating, and editing Digital Marketing literature and assets.
- Evaluating and overseeing online reputation.
- Collaborating with European and US E-commerce Executives on campaigns outside the UK.
- Supporting the wider Online Team on an ad-hoc basis to manage absences or workloads during peak periods.
Person Specification for the role of Senior Digital Marketing Executive
- Proven expertise in Digital Marketing, showcasing hands-on proficiency in executing both tactical and strategic paid media campaigns is a prerequisite for this role
- Must have a proven track record of fostering business growth through innovative demand generation and prospecting initiatives, collaborating with key partners and channels such as Google, Meta, affiliates, and media buyers.
- Previous track record in E-Commerce is essential to this role
- Ideally, candidate can be adept at establishing and achieving targets across a spectrum of performance metrics and KPIs.
- Must have exceptional knowledge of digital channels and their integration within a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy.
- Important candidate has a solid comprehension of Digital Marketing effectiveness and performance assessment.
- Must have strong familiarity with fundamental SEO principles and the ability to monitor and implement them effectively.
- Should possess a creative perspective and the ability to discern appropriate creative assets for specific execution channels with an understanding of Adobe Photoshop.
- Be highly proficient in using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Must demonstrate a strong capability to understand and prioritise tasks based on commercial imperatives while aligning with the overall brand proposition.
- Ideally will be familiar with other marketing disciplines.
- Must show competence in team management and development.
- Experience in contributing to the formulation of the marketing strategy to drive positive growth across digital channels is essential for this role
- Must be an advocate for optimising the customer journey and collaborating with key stakeholders within the organisation.
- Must be results-orientated and self-driven to lead and succeed.
- Must be a natural communicator with a strong team mentality.
