Job Summary
Working for a globally recognised brand within the toy industry, this role will assist in the planning, execution and optimisation of online marketing activities across a range of brands and channels. You will work with the brand marketing teams and the wider online team to coordinate activities across a range of channels, and update these regularly to optimise performance.
General duties to include:
- Execution of Digital Marketing campaigns - managing set up across the entire platforms (Meta, X, TikTok etc)
- Setting up campaigns, including targeting, creative, copy, and campaign spend recommendations
- Taking ownership of a wide number of Digital Marketing channels including PPC, paid social and display
- Support the team to execute the wider Digital Marketing strategy
- Plan, curate, execute and report on successful email marketing campaigns across a range of brands
- Assist in the management and optimisation of in-house affiliate marketing platform
- Monitor Digital Marketing campaigns, digging into trends to offer insight and drive forward performance
- Coordinate reporting and performance analysis of all campaign activities in order to make recommendations and optimise ROI
- Update, create and edit Digital Marketing literature and assets
- Review and manage online reputation
- Work with European and US Ecommerce Executives on non-UK campaigns
- Support the wider Online Team on an ad-hoc basis to cover absences or workloads in peak periods
Key Skills and Experience
- A proven track record in Digital Marketing, either in-house or agency side
- An understanding of e-commerce and digital customer purchase journey
- Comfortable with digital tools (AdWords, Meta Ads, Google Merchant Centre etc)
- Experience of planning and creating email marketing campaigns
- An understanding of key SEO principals and how to monitor and implement them
- Experience of working with and managing relationships with third party agencies
- Self-motivated with good organisational skills and time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience of content management systems is beneficial but not essential
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is desirable but not essential
