My client are an international business based in Leeds City Centre who are looking for a Senior Energy Administrator to join their busy and expanding team.
The role is initially a 12 Month FTC with the possibility to go permanent. The ideal candidate must have some previous experience of working in the Energy industry.
As a Senior Energy Administrator your duties will include:
- Registering and managing customers in a timely manner
- Ensuring relevant agents are appointed
- Liaising effectively with third party agents
- Managing the team mailbox
- Assist with resolution of complex queries
As a Senior Energy Administrator you will have the following skills:
- Previous experience working in the energy industry is essential
- Previous experience manging or coaching a team is desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficient, including Excel
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
