Environmental Protection Specialist - (Senior) Environmental Health Officer / Environmental Protection Officer

Up to £45,692 pa full time

Based in Andover with the opportunity to work partly from home

Are you an Environmental Protection specialist looking to develop your career, or looking for a change, and want to work in a beautiful part of Hampshire? If so, a vacancy has arisen for either an EHO or a suitably qualified officer to work in our Environmental Protection Team.

You’ll work within a small team of dedicated professionals to carry out a wide range of Environmental Protection functions.  This will include responding to planning and licensing consultations, environmental permitting and the investigation of some nuisance problems. 

You’ll need to be enthusiastic, customer-focused and technically knowledgeable, with first rate problem-solving and communication skills.  An IOA Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control, or similar noise qualification, will be an advantage but, provided you can demonstrate a strong interest in noise control, we’d love to hear from you.
