Highfield are working with a market leader in the Nuclear sector who are looking for a 3 Senior Estimators on a contract basis (Inside IR35). You will manage and plan resources, innovate and foster a collaborative, professional and positive working environment along with delivering an appropriate estimating role. This role will be split between delivery, team management and business growth with both externally with key strategic partners, new clients and internally across the entire business.
Rate: 50 P/H
What will your day look like?
Further enhance our Estimating capability including leading on the development and use of Cost X, Cost OS and other established estimating software. Lead our community of practice and drive technical excellence, service innovation and supporting with the development of our benchmarking capabilities. Unlock talent and develop next generation of leaders.
What do you need to be great at this role?
- Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, ACostE, ICES or similar relevant professional association and NVQ Level 3 in Project Controls.
- Degree or equivalent experience or achieved NVQ Level 2 in Project Controls.
- Quantity surveying skills and comprehensive understanding of the construction industry.
- Familiarity of government initiatives and policies.
