Altum Consulting is currently partnering with a property developer in their search for a Senior Finance Analyst to join their team on a fixed term basis. You will manage and deliver the reporting and analysis whilst supporting various stakeholders across the business. An individual with strong experience in financial planning, management reporting, forecasting and strategic modelling.

About you:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Previous experience working in the property sector
• Previous experience of financial reporting, planning and analysis
• High attention to detail and accuracy of reporting
• Senior business stakeholder management with commercial and operational mindset
• Financial modelling / strong Excel Skills
