Working Hours: Part-Time - 3 Days a Week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
Systems: Experience with Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics is desirable
Job Purpose:
Our client, a reputable charity, seeks a Part-Time Financial Management Specialist to manage internal financial systems, maintain accurate records, and produce draft management accounts for the Head of Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial systems and controls.
- Oversee payroll process with external payroll service.
- Produce and submit quarterly VAT returns to HMRC.
- Ensure prompt banking and verify bank reconciliations.
- Raise invoices and manage credit control.
- Process purchase invoices and support the Finance Team.
- Produce management accounts for financial performance monitoring.
- Assist with year-end, audits, and budgeting.
- Supervise finance team members and volunteers.
- Oversee procurement compliance.
Requirements:
- Experience in financial management.
- Familiarity with Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
