Senior Finance Manager

Partner Financial are working with a Private Equity backed Technology business, headquartered in Central London, with turnover of £100M. With ambitious expansion initiatives focused on acquisitions throughout the EMEA region, their strategic approach and innovative product offerings firmly establish the brand as a leader in its market, outpacing key competitors.

Reporting into the Finance Director, this role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to lead the Group function of the business, offering significant exposure to the senior leadership across the Group, and creating a best-in-class function that can support the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the monthly internal and external reporting, Group consolidation and tax reporting
• Providing oversight of the internal control environment and drive process improvement initiatives
• Challenging and transform the way the finance team operates by streamlining and automating processes
• Ensure all financial controls are maintained to the highest standards, & the custodian of the Group Financial Policies
• Leading the reporting to the Board and investors
• Conducting account reconciliation and providing relevant accounting guidance
• Providing technical accounting support across the Group, collaborating closely with the Corporate Development team on M&A activities
• Taking ownership of the relationship with the external auditor, leading the external reporting process, including statutory filings

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent), trained within a top 10 Accountancy firm
• Experience working with a Technology company would be advantageous
• Able to deliver with exceptional levels of accuracy, placing a high regard on achieving excellence
• Proactive individual with an inquisitive mind-set where you continuously seek process improvement
• Excellent IT skills, including Excel, and the ability to learn new IT systems and processes
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
