Senior Financial Accountant

Key responsibilities will include:

• Responsibility for revenue streams; invoice creation & accrued revenue postings.
• Reporting on and providing analysis on debtor accounting.
• Updating and maintaining records of expenditures.
• Coding invoices to correct G/L account.
• Ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policy and on time.
• Posting payments and receipts to supplier/customer accounts.
• Organising and filing invoices.
• Preparation and posting of journal.
• Support & execute standard month-end timetable tasks including accounting and reporting.
• Conducting account reconciliations and analysis.
• Completing bank reconciliations.
• Assisting with cashflow.
• Ad hocks as required.

Required skills and experience:

• Fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, etc).
• Advanced level Excel skill and knowledge.
• Intermediate/Advanced level PowerPoint skill and knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail whilst being pragmatic.
• Excellent verbal communication with the ability to communicate clearly & effectively with colleagues at all levels.
