Senior HR Advisor

Full time and permanent

Up to £40k

As the Senior HR Advisor, you will be the HR Lead in relation to all ER, Employment and Policy challenges within the organisation.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Lead the full HR Generalist remit of ER, L&D, Recruitment, succession planning and change management.
• Act as company lead for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
• Contribute to the People strategy and HR KPI's.
• HR Project work.
• Responsible for staff engagement.

We are looking for:

• Proven background working in a HR Generalist capacity.
• CIPD Level 5 qualified ideally or relevant experience gained.
• Strong communications skill, both verbal and written.
• Experience working in a fast paced generalist environment.
