• Assist with performance management processes, providing valuable feedback and guidance to employees and managers
• Provide support and advice to senior management on HR-related matters

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practises
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment - This is a stand alone role.
