A leading law firm is hiring a
Senior HR Adviser for their Manchester City Centre office. Reporting to the HR Director, the role involves collaborating with the wider HR team, senior management, and various offices. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of HR Adviser experience, a relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIPD Level 5 or equivalent), strong Employee Relations skills, and proficiency in HR Information Systems.
Responsibilities include building professional relationships to provide HR advice, using insights for people priorities, supporting HR objectives, collaborating with the HR team, and assisting in various activities.
