Skills and experience required:
- CIPD qualification level 5 or higher
- Experience as a HR adviser and capable of becoming a business partner
- Employee Relations skills
- Legal or professional service experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Able to work in Manchester City Centre for the majority of the working week with some hybrid flexible working available
