We are working with our client on a search for a Senior HR Business Partner on an initial 18-month contract, to support their development and roll out of Workday. The successful individual will be spending around 50% of their time working on the delivery project, and therefore should have previous experience of working on systems roll out programmes, ideally Workday. The other 50% will be supporting across the Business Partner team with day-to-day HR requirements.
To be considered for this role, you must have demonstrable experience working in Human Resources with significant experience working within a regulated environment with the insurance market being desirable but not essential. You should have comprehensive knowledge of human resource disciplines including compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance, recruitment, payroll, and learning & development. Our client would like to see experience of operating in a Business Partner model, working with C suite managers to front line managers to create positive business outcomes. An extensive understanding of HR Best Practice with up-to-date knowledge of UK and international employment legislation is essential.
Given the project, experience of working with HR / People Management systems is essential, along with a good working understanding of office applications, most notably Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
