Great opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who is looking to be part of a small collaborative HR team. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will work closely with the business to support the successful execution of the international strategy and provide a seamless generalist HR service. You will have proven experience of working in partnership with managers in order to improve people management practices, knowledge and experience of implementing best practice HR solutions and experience of coaching and influencing at different levels. Ideally you will have previously worked for an insurance organisation or within financial services.
