Senior HR Manager - Temporary (Belfast/Hybrid)
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our client’s team on a temporary basis to support a period of growth. Our client is a progressive company committed to innovation and excellence and their team is passionate about creating a positive work environment where every employee can thrive. With continued growth they now seek to add a talented Senior HR Manager to the team on a contract to build operational capacity and to lead on a number of key HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR delivery, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and legal requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to management on HR-related issues.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop innovative solutions, multitask, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure.
