The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery and development of our recruitment, Resourcing and data intelligence solutions across the Health Board to enable the organisation to respond to its short and long-term staffing requirements.

The Senior Resourcing and Operations Manager is a senior role within the
Workforce and OD team. Reporting directly to, and on behalf of the Head of Workforce Transformation, Planning & Resourcing; the post holder will be
responsible for providing leadership and operational management to the
following areas:
- Recruitment (General, Medical, Executive, and International)
- Temporary Staffing (Bank and Agency)
- Workforce E-Systems
- Operational WOD Administration
They will lead the delivery and development of recruitment, resourcing, and data intelligence solutions (including the management of the Temporary Staffing Unit) across the Health Board to enable the organisation to respond to its short-and-long-term staffing needs. This will include providing specialist advice across all levels of the Health Board and managing particularly complex recruitment and resourcing issues.
