Senior IFA Administrator Vacancy, Stockport, Hybrid Working, up to £33,000You'll be joining a growing financial advisory firm committed to providing exceptional financial planning services and tailored solutions to their clients. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a vital role in by supporting the Independent Financial Advisors in delivering excellent service to their clients.Your responsibilities will include:
- Administrative Support: Assisting in administrative tasks such as preparing documentation for client meetings, managing correspondence to ensure smooth operations, processing new business, transfers and switches.
- Client Interaction: Handling client queries, providing necessary information, and offering administrative support to maintain strong client relationships.
- Data Management: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date client records and managing data entry to facilitate efficient financial planning processes.
- Compliance Assistance: Supporting compliance efforts by maintaining awareness of regulatory standards and contributing to adherence within administrative functions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an IFA or Financial Planning Administrator role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage administrative tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in basic office software and the ability to adapt to new systems efficiently.
- A proactive approach to learning and staying updated on industry regulations and procedures.
What's on offer:
- A starting salary between £28,000 and £33,000 - £33,000 is achievable if you have the experience.
- 26 holidays per year, using 3 days in between Christmas & new Year. Plus, an extra day for your birthday
- Hybrid working, upon completion of your probation period. Set days in the office will then be agreed with your manager, this will be 50% working in the office 50% at home.
- Flexible working between the hours of 8am to 6pm, as long as 7.5 hours are worked each day in between core hours of 10am - 4pm.
