Senior Income Officer

We are currently working with a leading University to recruit for an Interim Senior Income Officer.

The role would suit a someone who has previous experience within Accounts Receivable as well as experience with query management and excellent customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to start work ASAP but who is also interested in permanent opportunities down the line.

Day to Day Duties:

• Ensure all daily reconciliations of debt and credit card transactions are completed using merchant services provider systems
• Manage month end and year end procedures
• Support and maintain all student accounts receivable records
• Ensure all student exemptions discounts are recorded accurately and promptly
• Liaise with the University's merchant service provider
• Ensure overall accountability for day-to-day queries for fellow Accounts Receivables
• Support student tuition and accommodation fees

Criteria:

• Experience working within Accounts Receivable within a University (Desirable)
• Experience with month-end and year-end processes (Essential)
• Experience using Oracle (Desirable)
