Carers Trust is recruiting for a passionate and talented Individual Giving Manager to make a step-change in this area. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications and Director of Policy and Public Affairs to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to grow our audience. You will have an investment budget to deliver donor recruitment, retention and stewardship activities.
This role would suit someone looking for an opportunity to step up into fundraising strategy and team management whilst retaining a hands-on approach to execution. You will be creative and ambitious, with an appetite to try new approaches, take risks and adapt quickly based on results.
