Applicants must be an established IT Recruiter with a sound knowledge of the Eastern Region, a proven track record and ideally 4 years plus experience within the technology market. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the IT & Technology sector, including industry trends, market demands, and talent availability.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ranging from small start-ups to major blue chip organisations and public sector entities.
- Provide high-quality recruitment services, ensuring a personalised and honest approach to deliver exceptional results.
- Identify and attract top-tier candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Match candidates to client requirements, considering their technical expertise, experience, and career aspirations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs, negotiate terms of engagement, and provide ongoing support throughout the hiring process.
- Proactively develop new business opportunities, utilising your communication skills, resilience, and competitive nature to exceed targets.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and market insights to provide valuable guidance and advice to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant/manager, preferably specialising in IT & Technology
- Strong knowledge of the IT & Technology industry, including roles, skills, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
- Resilient and competitive nature with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills to secure favourable terms with clients and candidates.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
- Passion for business development, with a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships.
