SalaryI am keen to speak with Senior Legal specialists to join an Investment bank based in Canary wharf. This is a 6 month contract which is expected to be extended.
You will be responsible for:
Reviewing the output procedures by Technology providers and the data SMEs to ensure accordance of record set up.
Provide guidance to data SMEs on any queries raised and coordinate with various UK Bank SMEs as required.
Ideally you will have the following:
Mast trading agreement working knowledge
ISDA, GMRA and CSA negotiation experience required.
Prime Brokerage documentation experience is desirable.
Salary/rate to be discussed. 6 month rolling contract.
