Role Overview:
As a Senior Lifestyle Manager based in London, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to members, managing a diverse range of concierge requests, and ensuring that every aspect of their lifestyle needs is meticulously catered to. This multifaceted role involves research, coordination, and relationship-building with suppliers to maintain the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and booking of travel, hotel, and restaurant reservations.
- Organisation of a wide range of concierge requests, from daily tasks to complex projects such as sourcing luxury items, collaborating with interior designers, and researching private islands.
- Creation of bespoke client presentations through in-depth research and analysis.
- Assistance in event and project management.
- Liaison with suppliers, maintenance of strong relationships, and continuous research for new suppliers and contacts.

- Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively suggest ideas and experiences.
- Strong supplier relationship management skills and the ability to build brand partnerships.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Interest in travel and lifestyle management.
- Experience or interest in social media is a plus.
- Previous experience in personal assistant/executive assistant, concierge, or related lifestyle industry roles with a minimum of 2-5 years.
