Senior Lifestyle Manager

Role Overview:

As a Senior Lifestyle Manager based in London, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to members, managing a diverse range of concierge requests, and ensuring that every aspect of their lifestyle needs is meticulously catered to. This multifaceted role involves research, coordination, and relationship-building with suppliers to maintain the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and booking of travel, hotel, and restaurant reservations.
2. Organisation of a wide range of concierge requests, from daily tasks to complex projects such as sourcing luxury items, collaborating with interior designers, and researching private islands.
3. Creation of bespoke client presentations through in-depth research and analysis.
4. Assistance in event and project management.
5. Liaison with suppliers, maintenance of strong relationships, and continuous research for new suppliers and contacts.

2. Discretion and confidentiality are paramount in this role.
3. Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively suggest ideas and experiences.
4. Strong supplier relationship management skills and the ability to build brand partnerships.

9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
10. Proficient in Salesforce, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
11. Interest in travel and lifestyle management.
12. Experience or interest in social media is a plus.
13. Previous experience in personal assistant/executive assistant, concierge, or related lifestyle industry roles with a minimum of 2-5 years.
