A completely varied role dealing with their UHNW clientele, no two days will be the same…you will be:
- Researching and booking luxury travel, hotels, restaurants etc. at exotic locations all over the world, whether that be booking private jet charters or discovering the best safari hotels that South Africa has to offer
- Sourcing and organising anything and everything for your clients, from a local chimney sweep to researching a private island and sourcing luxury items
- Organising international events and projects, both corporate and private, conducting research and creating client presentations
- Assisting with anything needed for client’s homes, including liaising with interior designers and contractors
- Sourcing, liaising with, and nurturing high-end supplier relationships
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- Previous relevant experience in any of the following is required – luxury concierge, lifestyle management, client services, organising luxury travel, events, a thorough understanding of the UHNW lifestyle and/or providing in-depth support to UHNWIs
- The ability to pre-empt needs and proactively suggest ideas / solve problems
- Exceptional client relationship skills and examples of delivering outstanding customer service
- A high level of attention to detail, organisation and discretion is crucial
- An understanding of the pace and requirements of discerning HNWIs, not afraid to manage upwardly when required
- Highly personable, charismatic, warm, professional, client-facing, unflappable under pressure and able to build very strong relationships
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- An interest in Travel and lifestyle management
