Senior Manager / Associate Director

My client is a boutique consultancy who are looking to further expand the practice this year and are seeking a seasoned regulatory compliance consultancy professional for a Senior Manager/ Associate Director level position, depending on experience.

This will entail active involvement in business development, alongside delivery and aiding the Partner in leading the team contributing to the shape and strategy of the business. The clients this consultancy advise are across broad financial services, however for this role there will be a focus on insurance clients.

Experience required:

• Extensive experience within consultancy, with demonstrable business development initiatives
• Ability to develop relationships with clients and colleagues, and represent the firm at networking events
• Excellent understanding of the regulatory environment, namely regulatory developments e.g. the new Consumer Duty
• Significant experience of managing projects and leading teams, including their development
• Sector knowledge of insurance and ability to provide strong regulatory advice in this space
