Speech and Language UK is looking for an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation Manager to support the design, application, delivery and monitoring of our evaluative approach to measuring the impact of what do to make a difference to the lives of young people with speech and language challenges and their families. You will be involved in developing and implementing a culture of Evaluation and evidence across the organisation including the analysis and presentation of both internal and external data.
We are happy to consider London-based hybrid working or home-based candidates anywhere across England, Scotland and Wales. Reasonable travel expenses would be reimbursed where home-based.
Role Specific Competencies:
• Research and data analysis – you must be able to deliver quantitative and qualitative research and data analysis. We are looking for someone who has research and evaluation experience, preferably in the field of education and/or speech, language and communication. We require someone who is knowledgeable about both quantitative and qualitative methods of Evaluation and has good digital and IT skills. You must be skilled at working across teams constructively and productively as well as being able to work from home and support others to do so.
