Senior Npd Manager

We are working with one of the UK's leading retail / FMCG businesses, in search of a highly motivated and skilled NPD Manager to join their growing and very successful team.

This is an exciting opportunity for any existing NPD Manager to challenge themselves within this fast paced, dynamic and globally recognised organisation that has seen significant growth year on year for over 5 years.
As NPD Manager, your role will play a fundamental part in the organisation's future product development - involving significant travel across the UK, Ireland and the US.

You will help to deliver new products whilst directing a broad team, including internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure NPI / EPD projects are delivered on time, meet margin expectations and the required technical standards.
You will oversee product trials, scale-up, transit trials and first production runs, troubleshooting any problems and agree product testing and product quality parameters. In addition, you will manage and update in-house systems with technical product information including formulations, spec sheets and ingredient approvals.
Working to meet regulatory and quality guidelines, you will also be responsible for packaging development for all NPI and EPD projects and artwork.

To succeed in this role you will need prior experience in pet or human health, at least 4 years' experience in a similar position and be willing to travel to suppliers across the UK, Ireland and U.S.
