About the role
In this role you will lead on delivering parking restriction reviews, which help meet the core objectives of the traffic management act and ensure the right parking controls are being used to best serve local communities.
This maybe in the form of new Controlled Parking Zones or similar measures and experience with public engagement and problem solving will be key. The right candidate will be able to apply their knowledge of traffic signs, highway law and design principles to give advice to the public, elected members and internal teams on the right course of action to dealing with various parking problems.
