Your new role
12 months FTC (maternity cover). PA to an Executive who travels internationally weekly. The role will involve organising intricate visa applications and working across different time zones. He sits on various committees, and they will need support for board papers. Manage diaries, organise schedules, prepare meeting agendas, expense claims, organise vaccinations, support projects. There will be some support for 2 other executives as well.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need to work as a PA in a global business with a wealth of experience with complicated visa applications. You will need a steady CV as a PA supporting multiple individuals. French would be an advantage.
What you\'ll get in return
Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home) working in lovely offices based in the City of London.
