About the Opportunity
WeWork is looking for a Marketing Lead to support the Paid Media team across the EMEA region, assisting in the day-to-day operational running of the account including: media planning, project management, reporting, campaign analysis, and finance.
The role will assist in managing a substantial budget and reporting on ongoing performance metrics with the help of the media agency. This role will work in a hyper-collaborative team model with both Global and Regional Marketing and finance functions.
This role is based in London, and while the primary focus is on EMEA markets, this role will also work globally in conjunction with peers in Media & Performance across the world.

Responsibilities
Paid Channels
Assist in WeWork’s execution, measurement, and reporting of all Paid Media investments for marketing campaigns across EMEA.
Ensure that localised media plans are delivered and executed on time
Analyse performance data to recommend campaign optimisations
Assist in the day-to-day running of the account through marketing operations, campaign trafficking, project managing, and associated administrative and billing processes.
Lead on AdOps processes (i.e. creative trafficking) and identify opportunities to improve
Work closely with the Global Media Manager to ensure that we communicate performance in a timely and succinct manner.
Look to build relationships with the wider marketing team and the incumbent media agency
Contribute to the wider marketing team by being an active participant in team meetings, presentations, workshops etc.
Act as part of a Global media team, assisting in representing EMEA among international peers in the International region.
About You
Minimum of 2 years of experience in media planning/buying/ops (ideally having worked with or at a Media Agency)
Experience working with performance marketing channels, especially Brand and Non-Brand Search, Paid Social, Video and Display preferred.
Experience running day-to-day media operations
Responsive, accountable and detail-oriented with a desire to learn
Enthusiastic with strong written and verbal communication skills
Some understanding of creative trafficking, UTM parameters and general audience tracking is useful.
