A senior business development, partner acquisition and development role with a dash of stakeholder management, teamwork and a topping of relationship management and customer experience!
£70,000 - £90,000 (Neg.) basic depending on experience – Wicked performance related sales bonus structure (Package can be negotiated – holidays and benefits plus more…)

This role would suit an ambitious, driven, resilient, experienced, super motivated Partnerships or Channel Sales Manager or Senior SaaS BDM who can optimize current partners to their full potential and focus on creating new Partnerships. You will drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, generating leads and opportunity through the Partner accounts for the highly skilled business development team to consult and close.
The Person:
* You will either have a superb Business Development track record in SaaS Solution / software sales. A strong understanding and experience in a Senior Partner or Channel role with drive and pro activity in your DNA!
* You will be communicated to the fantastic offices in Manchester, daily report to the CMO
* Superbly organised, strong communication and commercial skills.
* You will know and understand your numbers and be humble, down to earth and hard working!
* A person who thrives in working alongside sales and business development teams
* Comfortable with senior stakeholder meetings
* Can project manage marketing activation programmes to drive lead generation via the partners.
* Skilled in developing meaningful reporting MI and insights and take appropriate action
* Passionate about generating new ideas and delivering robust short and long term strategy
* Capable of building a team from the ground up
Skills and Experience:
* 3+ years’ experience in a senior business development / sales and relationship management role in the UK.
* Knowledge of marketing tools and levers to drive leads
* Proven capability in developing and executing sales strategies and activities
* Results orientated with a proven record of successfully meeting sales targets
* Extremely strong negotiator with ability to demonstrate techniques and approaches that achieve desired business outcomes
* Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to work independently and make decisions in a timely manner based on thoughtful analysis and critical judgment
* Self-motivated, self-managed proactive, risk taking, and a very high drive to succeed
