AddressDue to continued growth the position of Senior Planner has become available to join and work with our newly established Aviation team at Heathrow.
This Senior Planner role offers hybrid working with site attendance at Heathrow 3 days per week and the other days working remotely. This role also requires eligibility for SC clearance, so you need to be UK National or a UK Resident for the last 5 years.

You will work collaboratively with the supply chain and partners ensuring the integrated schedules are developed and maintained providing the client with confidence. Providing monthly progress updates and input into reporting requirements (internal and external). Apply Earned Value Management techniques and ensure alignment of costs with the programme and resource where necessary.
As delivery partner providing construction, consulting, and digital capabilities, Costain is working work with Heathrow to shape, create and deliver asset renewal and construction projects over the next four years procured through the Terminal Asset Renewal Partner and Major Project Partner lots of the H7 framework. This includes next-generation security scanners and a new baggage system in Terminal 2, which are collectively expected to cost about £1.3bn.

Role Requirements
- 5 years project and construction planning experience ideally using P6 on large infrastructure projects
- Experience with working on NEC contracts, applying terms and conditions and associated requirements.
- Sound understanding of budgeting, change control, earned value, risk management and other project controls techniques
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with stakeholders.
